About
Freya grew up in Aarhus, danced for ten years, and found pilates the way most dancers do: through a bad knee. She teaches the classical mat order and still runs it from memory.
How she teaches
Flowing, exact and a little strict. She will move your foot two centimetres and it will change everything. Her Saturday Flow is the first class on the timetable to fill.
